J’s Place is our summer neighborhood outreach! Through August 25, 6:00-8:30 PM, Wednesday Night ROC will transform into J’s Place. This is a great opportunity to invite friends. Here’s some of what you can expect: Movie Night, Water Games, Messy Night, and Service Projects.

LOCAL: We have helped kids with back-to-school supplies, families with Thanksgiving food baskets, with Christmas gifts and food baskets, and with Easter food baskets. Thanks for helping and showing the love of Christ in action! If you have any questions, please contact Sharon Nolan.
GLOBAL: House Of James (Sean Johnson came and spoke to us) in Ukraine will benefit from your love offering! Alabaster Offering is used for construction of churches, schools, medical facilities, missionary/national workers homes and land purchase around the world.

Many have asked about the need for Crisis Care Kits (CCKs). Nazarene Compassionate Ministries has told us that anyone wanting to do crisis care kits needs to follow the procedure outlined on the NMI website. They should be sent following the directions on the link.

Many employers and communities offer employees the opportunity to give to the charity of their choice via workplace giving. You can support the work of Nazarene Compassionate Ministries through these giving opportunities. Federal, military and postal employees have the opportunity to give to NCM via payroll deduction through their workplace Combined Federal Campaign. Their CFC number is #11735. Non-government employees may contribute using payroll deduction via United Way fall campaigns by writing “NCM, Inc. 12351 W. 96th. Terrace, Suite 100, Lenexa, KS, 66215, 800.214.4999” on a donor choice card.
